Who We Are
Why We Started
Starting in the landscape field over 25 years ago and working for some great companies along the way, DeZine was just a small, part-time hobby. Business was simple then, make as much as you can, as quick as you can, being told it’s not what you make, it’s about what you keep. Being taught by my father at a very young age that your name and a hand shake were the two most valuable things a person could possess, I began questioning myself, was it quality or quantity that would drive my business. That was a pretty easy decision to make, and I haven’t looked back since. Dedication, quality and service were as important then, and are still, the highest priorities now. Making sure that customer satisfaction was our number one goal. Knowing that a satisfied customer has always been our best advertisement we are proud to say that even today – 25 years later – we continue to receive most of our business through word of mouth. Setting high standards from the beginning, for the work we do and the services we provide has allowed us to grow from a part-time hobby into the reputable corporation we are today. Devoted to supporting America’s economic growth, stability, and the American dream into the future, we employ a diverse, professional American workforce using American-made products whenever possible, constantly pursuing the latest technology, ensuring we not only meet, but exceed, industry standards.
Making a Statement
Today with companies constantly cutting each other’s throats in order to just secure the work, you have to ask yourself, how low can the bottom line go? Is it about company or customer? At what point is it just about getting done as quick and cheap as you can, and does the word quality even mean anything anymore. The phrase “you get what you pay for” means more and more. To make the statement “we’re not the cheapest in the book” is risky, but it takes a bold, secure company to stick to its guns, willing to take the risk, charging a little more, but delivering a lot more. DeZine has just that, not only the reputation of the company, but the products, services and workmanship that the word quality represents, while having the courage, confidence and character, being there to back it up when the work is done, making others take notice.
